What we believe

We believe that video is the best tool for capturing the real moments of your wedding day for you and your family to cherish and relive for the rest of your lives. This is what excites us the most about being wedding film makers. It honestly feels like the greatest gift we could give a couple embarking on a new adventure together.

Our style

We are passionate about high quality, cinematic video production. We love the art of film making and thrive off of producing creative and cinematic films. We focus on capturing images using flattering natural light and creative compositions. However, as much as we love beautiful imagery, the thing that tops everything is capturing authentic and emotional moments that all weave together to tell the story of your wedding day and preserve those memories for a lifetime.

Our Approach

Our goal is to make people feel as comfortable as possible when we’re filming. That’s why we do our best not to draw attention to ourselves or direct people. We believe that the most authentic footage is captured when people forget we’re there and are just being their natural selves.

Our Experience

We’ve been filming weddings since 2015, but I (David) have been passionate about video production since I got my first camera when I was 13 years old, and have not taken a break from it ever since. What started out as a hobby that made me feel alive, naturally turned into a career as I followed my heart and stepped through one open door after another.

After three full seasons of filming weddings I began to reevaluate our approach to creating wedding films. One of my biggest questions was “what sets video apart from photography?” This question came about when I noticed that many wedding highlight films seemed to be all the same shots the photographer got, but just in motion. I wanted to provide something more to my clients, so I asked myself, “what are the greatest strengths of video?” I came to the conclusion that the greatest thing about video is that it has the ability to capture moments and preserve memories in a way that nothing else can. I also realized that what brings me the most joy when it comes to making wedding films is providing people with the ability to relive and re-experience the real moments of their wedding day for years to come.

Our Family

My wife Colleen and I were married in May of 2013. We have three spirited children, Gracelyn, Elijah and Lily. We love watching movies, traveling, spending time with family and our church community.
